For the last eight years or so, I, as one of the foremost cosmetic injection experts in Beverly Hills, have noticed an increasing number of men seeking aesthetic improvement outside of diet and exercise. However, I see this growth as less a trend and more of a real shift in the industry.
This growth is spurred on by society’s reliance on visual rather than written communication and its unabashed obsession with youth and beauty over old-fashioned wisdom and experience. The eruption of social media, including Instagram and the like, has only heightened the problem. It has awakened our once dormant narcissism into the self-perpetuating collective contagion that it is today.

Consequently, there is less social stigma for men to seek out ways to better their appearance in this highly competitive world. In 2018, more aesthetic technologies are finally delivering on their promises to reduce wrinkles, firm faces, reverse atrophy and sculpt bodies without hair. The armamentarium used includes Botox, Jeuveau( or #Newtox), Juvederm, Vollure, Restylane, Radiesse,Voluma, Bellafill, IP, laser hair removal and other lasers to treat brown discoloration, and red patches. Men are not only seeking out ways to keep themselves looking young and competitive but also non-surgical ways to actually enhance their features; these include filler/liquid nosejobs (rhinoplasties), cheek and chin augmentations and jawline defining and even laser induced fat burning with SculpSure..
All done with the expert hands of a board certified plastic surgeon or his personally trained expert nurse injectors (such as Katherine Braun, R.N. helming The Haworth Institute’s own medispa, Self-Centered Aesthetics™), results which are both significant and, most importantly, natural. This is ideal for men wanting their appearance to be on point in order to compliment their skill set at work.
No cutting, no stitches, less recovery, less expense- what’s there not to like for those men who simply want to look good with minimal expense and time?

‘I am quite confident she has neither changed her nose nor augmented her cheeks or jawline. However, her face does seem more elegantly defined perhaps with the help of a little makeup alongside a loss of ‘baby fat’,’ stated the Beverly Hills surgeon.
Dr. Haworth also recognized that Jessie’s eyebrows appeared subtly higher over the years, and her lips, fuller.
‘Her eyebrows in certain photographs appear elevated into a more graceful arch which, at her age was most likely attained with Botox,’ he declared.
The celebrity surgeon also described: ‘A hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvéderm or Restylane was the most likely culprit behind her present pleasingly plump lips. What is more obvious is her augmented bosom. Certain dresses reveal unnaturally round breasts with clearly defined edges. To me, that spells breast augmentation until proven otherwise. Despite this, I feel the size of her breasts do complement the rest of her body,’ Dr. Haworth stated.
The plastic surgeon proceeded: ‘All in all, I feel Jessie has matured into a young beautiful woman who is obviously comfortable in her own skin.’
‘Her eyebrows are a tad too elevated into a pointed arch similar to Captain Spock, which is most likely the result of Botox. Ironically, this shape can be softened with a further small shot of Botox above each arch. I have a small suspicion Botox was also injected in and around her chin because her smile in recent pictures seems somewhat restricted and stiff,’ he explained.
Dr. Haworth also described how Michelle appears to have used a filler such as Juvéderm to plump her lips and under-eye hollows.
‘In certain angles, the filler seems to have accentuated her long upper lip which is a sign of aging. A tell-tale sign that filler was used to treat under-eye hollows is bulging below her lower eyes next to the nose. I can see Michelle has those when she is smiling in recent photographs.’
‘Based purely on her photographs, I strongly suspect Georgia had a brow lift of some sort, either with Botox or from surgery,’ he said. ‘I say this because her eyebrows are not only better shaped with a classical outside arch but also elevated to a pleasing degree. The absence of normal forehead wrinkles and crows feet support Botox treatments.’
Dr Haworth continued: ‘Though Georgia always had full, apple cheeks centered around her nose, they now extend outward towards her ear in a classically refined fashion. However, her mid-face below her cheekbones is noticeably slimmer which may be the result of weight loss, removal of her buccal fat pad or simple contouring.’
‘I feel she may have had a rhinoplasty because her nasal tip is more refined and her nasal bones narrower,’ he claimed.
Dr. Haworth stated: ‘Though critics have insisted she had a rhinoplasty or brow lift, I believe she may not have had actual surgery at all. Instead, I sense she took full advantage of some non-surgical cosmetic options. For example, the fact that her forehead is smooth and devoid of normal wrinkles while her outside eyebrows are now higher indicates she was treated with Botox. When applied selectively, Botox not only minimizes wrinkles but can also lift certain facial features such as the eyebrow and the corner of the lips.’ He also turned his attention to Sophie’s plump lips, absence of hollowing under her eyes and prominent cheeks – all signs of non-surgical intervention.
Sophie, who hails from Queensland’s Gold Coast, has admitted to having filler to her top lip in the past, following the botched removal of a cyst. ‘Half of my lip was removed with the cyst, and I was advised to get filler in my top lip to help balance it out,’ she told Who magazine in early 2011.
Dr. Haworth believes that from certain angles ‘it appears as if Jesinta had a rhinoplasty to define her tip and narrow her nasal bones’. He explained that, if Jesinta has indeed gone under the knife, the results are striking yet subtle. Daily Mail Australia contacted Jesinta’s management for comment, who described the claims as ‘ridiculous’. Jesinta has previously spoken about her decision to have a breast enlargement as a teenager. ‘It’s a personal choice and completely up to the individual,’ she said at the time. ‘When I was young I had a small procedure done to become a 12B.’
According to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth, there are tell-tale signs that suggest she has had ‘subtle’ procedures to her face. ‘Over the years, Catriona is, what I call, a perennial beauty. Starting off as a radiantly attractive woman, any aesthetic procedures she receives must be subtle and “under the radar”, so to speak,’ he explained. ‘It seems that she hasn’t aged one iota since the 1990s,’ Dr. Haworth added.
“I suspect that he has dabbled with Botox and perhaps some fillers here and there,” Dr. Haworth told the Daily Mail. “While women’s faces tend to look younger and softer with the right amount of fat, men’s faces tend to look better with weight loss. Shane’s is no exception – his face has become more chiseled, defined and handsome,” he stated. “What’s more interesting is the shape of his eyebrows. It has drastically changed from his younger self when his naturally low-set eyebrows were especially drooping at their outer edge.”
When appearing on I’m A Celebrity in 2016, Warne denied having anything done to his face. He explained if he had cosmetic surgery then he would be happy to admit it.
