She has refused to comment on plastic surgery speculation over the years.
But Delta Goodrem came under scrutiny yet again on Sunday, when viewers accused The Voice coach of undergoing ‘cosmetic work’ after seeing her on launch night.
Fans flocked to Twitter to claim that the 34-year-old singer has had ‘too much work’ done to her face, with one person observing she has a fuller top lip.

‘Top lip? Was thinking that,’ wrote a third eagle-eyed fan, before somebody else asked: ‘What happened to Delta’s face? #toomuchworknow.’

It’s not the first time Delta has sparked cosmetic surgery speculation.
Last year, a leading plastic surgeon speculated that the Born To Try hitmaker may have invested in some cosmetic tweaks over the years.
Dr. Randal Haworth told Daily Mail Australia he had a ‘strong hunch’ Delta may have undergone a rhinoplasty, as well as cheek and lip fillers.

‘Certain angles may be more revealing than others, but I have a strong hunch she has undergone a rhinoplasty because the shape of her tip is more demarcated from the rest of her nose while her bridge is noticeably narrowed,’ he said at the time.
‘These are the types of characteristics that would make any plastic surgeon suspicious,’ he added.
Dr. Haworth also believes the songstress may have indulged in some other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

He claimed Delta’s full cheeks and plump pout could be the result of temporary filler.
‘I find it apparent that both her cheekbones and her lips have been enhanced with a temporary filler, most likely of a hyaluronic acid variety such as Juvéderm or Restylane,’ he said.
‘Celebrities with busy schedules oftentimes can’t afford the recovery time needed to undergo fat transfer for more permanent results,’ he explained.

‘It is clear as day that Mr. Thorpe had a rhinoplasty,’ Dr Haworth exclusively to Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday. Dr Haworth went on to explain what he thinks are tell-tale signs Ian has had a rhinoplasty. ‘The dorsal hump of his bridge has been significantly lowered so that his tip now over projects from his face,’ he claimed. He also perceived that Ian’s nose displays ‘an obvious inverted V deformity’ on its bridge and a ‘step off from the nasal bones onto the cartilage portions below.’
He continued: ‘In certain photographs, her nose now appears slimmer even though it still retains her characteristic round tip and overly arched nostrils. A subtle rhinoplasty would have accomplished this. It is also apparent that her lips were likely enhanced with an off-the-shelf injectable filler such as Juvéderm or Restylane lending her a more pleasingly plump pout. However, describing the specifics of her enhancement is more challenging because Erin has adopted a relatively conservative wardrobe when flaunting her physique.’
Further more, Dr Haworth stated the supposed surgical conclusion was ‘in proportion to the rest of her body… thus avoiding a potentially jarring transformation’.
‘Based purely on her photographs, I strongly suspect Georgia had a brow lift of some sort, either with Botox or from surgery,’ he said. ‘I say this because her eyebrows are not only better shaped with a classical outside arch but also elevated to a pleasing degree. The absence of normal forehead wrinkles and crows feet support Botox treatments.’
Dr Haworth continued: ‘Though Georgia always had full, apple cheeks centered around her nose, they now extend outward towards her ear in a classically refined fashion. However, her mid-face below her cheekbones is noticeably slimmer which may be the result of weight loss, removal of her buccal fat pad or simple contouring.’
‘I feel she may have had a rhinoplasty because her nasal tip is more refined and her nasal bones narrower,’ he claimed.
Tamara Jaber, the ex-wife of Kyle Sandilands debuted a dramatic new look during an appearance on The Morning Show last week. She has stayed quiet on the subject of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Haworth, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon believes her changing look may be the result of a little nip and tuck. Haworth told The Daily Mail ‘I believe Miss Jaber has followed what many do when coming to Hollywood in search of change, whether in their personal or professional lives. And that is to seek out the services of a plastic surgeon’
Dr Haworth claimed that Tamara may have had surgery to refine the shape of her nose. ‘It does not take a hyperaesthetic specialist such as myself to ascertain she has undergone a rhinoplasty,’ Haworth said. Haworth also claimed that her elevated and refined cheeks, fuller lips and noticeably defined jawline have contributed to her overall facial transformation.
Dr. Haworth believes that from certain angles ‘it appears as if Jesinta had a rhinoplasty to define her tip and narrow her nasal bones’. He explained that, if Jesinta has indeed gone under the knife, the results are striking yet subtle. Daily Mail Australia contacted Jesinta’s management for comment, who described the claims as ‘ridiculous’. Jesinta has previously spoken about her decision to have a breast enlargement as a teenager. ‘It’s a personal choice and completely up to the individual,’ she said at the time. ‘When I was young I had a small procedure done to become a 12B.’

‘Good plastic surgery is invisible and indeed, it took me a while studying her photographs to detect clues as to what she may have had done,’ Dr. Haworth said. He added: ‘Also, her award-winning smile seems to have been highlighted by fuller lips, likely achieved with a filler such as Juvéderm. ‘Not only did it plump up her lips but it also subtly decreased her visible gumline above her upper teeth.’
‘When done right, results can be sublime and indiscernible to a layman’s eye. In the absence of rare complications, less surgical work is needed to create the beautiful, yet subtle, results as exemplified by Ms Azalea – while a less-than-average surgeon could draw unwanted attention to an anatomical “flaw” which only makes things worse.’
In addition to Iggy’s rhinoplasty, which ‘straightened and narrowed her nose’, Dr. Haworth believes she may have undergone ‘a chin augmentation as well as mandibular angle enhancement to give her a more refined, “modelesque” jawline’.
