This young lady had a poor outcome after a prior rhinoplasty. She had the stigmata of much that can go wrong, including an"inverted V" deformity and pinched nasal tip (contributing to her nasal obstruction/breathing problems), a disjointed brow-tip line, nasal rim notching/retraction and a mild parrot-beak/supratip deformity (manifested on profile view as a bulbous appearance directly above her tip). Additionally, she wanted her upper lip shortened to improve her aesthetic ratios while in repose.

A secondary or revision rhinoplasty was performed in conjunction with an upper lip lift. Many cartilage grafts were needed to correct all the preexisting deformities and a five month follow up is presented. Note that her upper li still remains at a slight cant since this existed prior to this last surgery by Dr Haworth.
