This unfortunate woman underwent a previous post job with less-than-perfect results, as can be seen here. She has a classic pinched tip and an" inverted V". deformity (with a collapsed middle vault-located just above her tip region), both of which contribute to her nasal obstruction including the fact that her septum is deviated.
