This transgender patient desired a more feminine yet very natural look. She needed more facial volume, smoother skin, sensual lips and a subtle rhinoplasty to soften her overly arched nostrils. Basically, she needed more feminization and a more pleasant expression instilled into her countenance.

A superomedial muscle hemming upper lip lift, DAO release, lower V-Y plasty (to elevate and protrude the central third of the lower lip), lower eyelift with fat transfer, composite (skin and cartilage) ear grafts applied to her internal nasal rims, Fraxel™ Re:store (to smooth out her acne scars)and strategic fat transfer were performed.
