BEFORE AFTER This "Playmate®"has excellent skin tone. Her underlying bony framework is large, however. Because of her good elasticity, she is a great candidate for liposculpture of her thighs and abdomen. Since she was committed to maintaing her new figure with a manageable regimen of diet and exercise, liposuction was carried out. A PAL(power assisted lipoplasty) system was used while a more controlled method of syringe liposculpture was utilized upon her abdomen. This latter technique is very helpful to avoid leaving irregularites and dents within the abdomen. 12 month follow-up photographs are presented. BEFORE AFTER
