This recognized local TV reporter was complaining of the typical aesthetic malady which afflicts those in their early forties-loose neck skin, loss of jawline definition and subtle jowl development. She had little time reserved for recovery since she needed to be in front of the camera as soon as she was able. After detailed analysis, it was decided to proceed with a "Swan Neck" procedure-basically a modified neck tightening (both platysmal muscle and skin) and jowl reduction. Obviously her goal was to look refreshed and not appear as if anything was done. In other words, she needed to look NATURAL with minimal downtime. Dr Haworth performed a corset platysmaplasty and jowl removal through his specialized, modified technique. 3 and a half week follow up photographs are presented.
