This young girl underwent two previous revision surgeries with unfortunate outcome. She had an asymmetrical degree of breast implant encapsulation which was complicated by a breast implant infection requiring drainage of her right breast. You can make out the details of her unsightly scar and flattening of her skin in the accompanying preoperative photos.
