This prominent facialist was complaining of lower eyelid aging, specifically her wrinkling lower eyelid skin, protruding fat bags and her lower eyelid dark circles (which, unfortunately, are not readily seen in the accompanying photographs).

After assessing her condition and her lower lid tone, Dr. Randal Haworth of Beverly Hills, being a specialist in lower eyelid rejuvenation surgery, plan to perform a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck) by removing excess eyelid skin, judicious reduction of the lower protruding fat pads (through a behind the behind the eyelid approach) and set transfer to the dark circles. 10 month follow-up photographs are presented. Note the nearly invisible scar below her lower eyelashes.
